Strong Support for Women's Solidarity from Aveon Sigorta: Women of the Insurance Sector Unite Under One Roof

Women executives of the TRNC insurance sector met through the TRNC Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association to review the establishment process of the "Association of Women Employees in the TRNC Insurance Sector."

The meeting was attended by Murat Selvi, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Aveon Sigorta and Board Member of the TRNC Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association, along with Hicran Kanat, Vuslat Arseven, Sevgi Burgucu, Pelin Çelebi and Ceylan Yapıcıoğlu. The discussions addressed a more active role for women in the insurance sector, stronger solidarity among women professionals, and increased cooperation across the industry.

Women Employees to Come Together Under One Roof

The main item on the agenda was the Association of Women Employees in the TRNC Insurance Sector, currently in the process of being established. Shaped by the shared will of women executives and professionals in the sector, the association aims to support the professional development of women employees, expand the sharing of knowledge and experience, and strengthen their representation and leadership within the industry.

Speaking at the meeting, Murat Selvi, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Aveon Sigorta, outlined the company's approach to women's employment:
