Quote Requests Through AI Assistants

You can ask an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to send us a quote request on your behalf through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. In that case:

• Using an AI assistant is entirely your choice. If you prefer not to share your details through one, you can request a quote directly on our website through our quote request form, or contact us using the details below.
• The assistant only sends a request after you have seen the details and confirmed them.
• We receive only what is needed for a quote request: your name, phone number, the insurance product and, if you provide them, your email address, desired coverage amount and a short note. We also record the assistant's technical identifier (user agent) so we know which service the request came from. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant.
• We use this data in the same way as quote requests made on our website: to contact you and prepare an offer.
• The connector does not give the assistant access to any information we hold about you; it can only submit new quote requests.
