Aveon Insurance serves the whole of Northern Cyprus from its head office in Nicosia together with branches in Kyrenia and Famagusta. All three offices handle quotations, policy issuing, renewals and claims guidance, and none of them require an appointment.

Most insurance transactions can be completed online, but calling in speeds things up whenever an original document is needed, a signature is required, or several covers have to be compared side by side. The team that meets you in the office listens to your risk profile before recommending a product.
We prepare quotes on the spot for every product we write — comprehensive motor, compulsory traffic, home, health, workplace and personal accident — and go through the limits and excesses with you. Once you are happy, the policy is issued the same day.
We renew expiring policies and record changes such as a vehicle sale, a change of address, an increase in cover or the addition of an insured person by endorsement. Renewing before the expiry date keeps your cover uninterrupted.
You can open a claim at any branch and get one-to-one help with the loss adjuster process and the paperwork involved. The branch team can tell you exactly which stage your file has reached at any time.
Premiums can be settled in cash or by card at any of our offices, and instalment options are available on most products. Your receipt and policy documents are handed over at the same time.
Our Nicosia head office sits on the Köşklüçiftlik–Dereboyu axis and also serves customers around Değirmenlik, Gönyeli and Alayköy. The Kyrenia branch on Ziya Rızkı Street covers Lapta, Alsancak, Çatalköy and Esentepe. Our Famagusta branch on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard looks after enquiries from İskele, Yeniboğaziçi and the Karpaz peninsula.
