TRNC Holiday Homes Digital Management System Launched
The “Holiday Homes Digital Management System,” (https://tatilevleri.gov.ct.tr/) launched by the Deputy Prime Ministry, Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment, is now officially operational. Thanks to this new platform, registration, licensing, and inspection processes for short-term residential rentals have been completely moved to a digital environment.
Key Highlights of the System:
All Transactions Online: Local and foreign individuals as well as companies can create an account, obtain a business registry, upload required documents, and complete license applications online.
Effective Fight Against Unregistered Tourism: The system aims to eliminate unregistered activities, prevent unfair competition, and reduce tax losses.
Transparent and Safe Structure: By elevating safety and hygiene standards in accommodation facilities, a transparent, auditable, and sustainable tourism model is established.
